Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Healing Badge Foundation. Your donations help us provide resources, outreach, and advocacy for the mental health and recovery of law enforcement officers.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations to The Healing Badge Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is considered a contribution to our mission and cannot be returned.

2. Payment Processing

Donations are processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Zeffy. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by these providers.

3. Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future contributions at any time through the donation platform you used. Canceling a recurring donation does not result in a refund of past donations.

4. Donation Errors
